Mathematical setting

This algorithm is combining stochastic ranking method developed by Runarsson and Yao $^{\mbox{\scriptsize\citep{SRES2000,SRES2005}}}$ and evolution strategy described in Schwefel's book $^{\mbox{\scriptsize\citep{ES1995}}}$.
