HIV model

The HIV model has been tested with DYNAFIT $^{\mbox{\scriptsize\citep{DYNAFIT1996}}}$ and GEPASI $^{\mbox{\scriptsize\citep{GEPASI1998}}}$. Many methods have been tried to do the parameter estimation job in the previous work. Here libSRES is used to do the same job and generates good results.
